Rich is a Licensed Clinical Physical Therapist with 7 years of clinical experience and specialized training in postural rehabilitation and core/pelvic stability. Rich also specializes in utilizing breathing techniques to re establish natural musculo-skeletal dynamics to the thoracic spine, ribs and scapulo-thoracic junction. Rich also utilizes breathing and meditative techniques as well as self hypnosis techniques for relaxation, stress relief and pain management
Rich received his certification as a strength and conditioning coach from the MMACA (mixed martial arts conditioning association) in 2010 and added another dimension to his overall coaching tool belt. Rich can now offer strength training, conditioning and extreme performance workshops for athletes of all levels as well as weight loss, and preventative exercise programs for people at risk for heart disease, diabetes and health and fitness disorders.
Rich is a lifelong student of self improvement and wellness. Rich spent his early adulthood performing in bands and speaking in public to motivate young native people to continue to work at improving themselves and their futures by avoiding Drugs and alcohol and focusing on healthy cultural values.
Rich received his physical therapy degree in 2003 and has been working as a clinical physical therapist for the last 7 years. Rich’s primary focus has been in educating clients on the importance of exercise, and body awareness/wisdom and Postural restorative techniques for health and wellness. Rich’s next goal is certification in life/wellness coaching and continue to expand the services offered through 7 Directions wellness.
